DL1961 Mara Straight Mid Rise Instasculpt Ankle - Aubergine

Mara is a mid-rise, ankle length straight leg fit that utilizes our Instasculpt technology to smooth, sculpt, and conform to your body for the perfect fit.

Aubergine is a wax coated dark and muted burgundy that combines the comfort of soft, stretch denim with a leather-like look. It features faux front pockets, black oxide hardware, tonal stitching, clean hem and a black back patch.

The Instasculpt jean is constructed with high-retention elastane technology combined with a contoured waistband and precise pattern for fit. Instasculpt smooths, lifts, and conforms to your body through the waist, seat, and thigh without losing shape for the perfect fit, every day.

DL Ultimate™ is an ultra-soft denim made with water-efficent, breathable botanic fibers and elastane technology.

The shipping charge for all domestic orders under $150 is $10. Free Shipping is available for all domestic orders with a minimum purchase of $150. All domestic orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. Tracking information is always provided.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopdesignersonsale@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. A $15 return shipping and handling fee and 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all mail-in refunds. We do not refund the $10 shipping fee originally charged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like undergarments and swimwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
